RETURN POLICY

At Modarite, we strive to make every customer 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.


🔄 ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns and refunds within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags and labels are still attached.

  • The item is not damaged by misuse or wear and tear.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.


📝 HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone (see contact info below).

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.

  3. Wait for our team to confirm and send you the authorized return address.

📦 Important:
Please do not send items back to the original shipping address on your package.
We will provide the correct return address via email after your request is approved.


💸 REFUND TIMELINE

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear.


🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to improper use or care


🧾 RETURN SHIPPING FEES

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, Modarite will cover all related costs.


⚙️ RESTOCKING FEES

No restocking fees will be charged for approved returns.


📬 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged area and the product tag

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to return the defective item in most cases.


 ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Before shipment: You may cancel your order by contacting us directly; a full refund will be issued.

  • After shipment: If you wish to cancel after dispatch, please refuse delivery upon arrival. A refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs once the parcel is returned.


📦 RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST OR LATE RETURNS

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking number.
Modarite is not responsible for lost or delayed returns caused by courier services.
