4.2 We endeavour to ship Orders promptly but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our control.
4.3 Subject to applicable law, we may refuse refunds or charge restocking fees in accordance with our Return Policy.
