All orders are processed within 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

📦 Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to other regions outside of the above markets.

💰 FREE SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50.
This applies to all available shipping regions (United States and Europe).

💼 CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Customs or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

• For United States and European customers, import duties are generally minimal, but may occur depending on your local customs.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged once the parcel reaches your country.

If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

🚫 UNSHIPPABLE REGIONS

Currently, we do not ship to:

• Asia (including the Middle East)

• Oceania

• Remote islands or regions with restricted import policies

📦 ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
